Medical Wristband – Alert! Medical Condition

This medical wristband can be personalised with both your medical condition and emergency contact information. Outside of the wristband reads “Alert! Medical Condition. See medical details inside”. The inside of the wristband has a blank space for you to write your medical information and your emergency contact information.

Use a Permanent Marker to write emergency info on the white strip.

After having written your message submerge the wristband in boiling water for 30 seconds to set the writing.

Please note: Once set you cannot write anything further on the wristband 

Size Guide: Please choose Mediband according to wrist size, below is a general guide

• Medium (Age 5 up to small adult) is 180mm or 7.1 Inches
• Large (Adult) 202 mm or 7.9 inches
