We bought 2 of these so we could have one for school and one for home. I thought it was really well thought through and school really liked that there was somewhere to put a photo. It was a little tight to get everything in but I like that it’s got a strap so it’s easy to carry. They are quite an expense but well worth and can’t put a price on keeping them safe. Would recommend ☺️

The best customer service I have had in a long time. My son has recently developed a fish allergy, so this is a new area for us. I had mistakenly ordered a case that would tend to be used for a product in the US rather than the Anapen I needed it for. Anne called to say that she saw I was in Ireland and to double check I had ordered the correct case. I had not! She changed my order, and sent the correct case, which is perfect for my 7 year old, and she also sent me a list of resources and allergy groups to check out. She went above and beyond. The case arrived and is perfect for his schoolbag and Anapens. Thanks so much Anne! Incredible service

A very secure bag for holding my son’s epipens and antihistamine. The bright colour makes it easy to spot quickly. I love the easy to follow information for epipen users in the bag. Would recommend.
Maria Hamza (verified owner) –
I like this case a lot. All of my son’s medicines are in one bag.
Abi (verified owner) –
Fantastic, exactly what we were looking for and fits everything we need. (2 pens, inhaler and spacer, antihistamine bottle and syringe)
Natalie (verified owner) –
Very good case for my medicines.
And I like the modern look.
It is only a little bit to big for my handbag.
Lewis (verified owner) –
Great product. This is the second one we have brought because the first one we now leave it at school and the second one travels with my child.
Gemma (verified owner) –
A superb case which enables everything to be kept together and to hand. Many thanks
Katie Andrews (verified owner) –
This case is really useful! The guides take a lot of anxiety away of people understanding how to use the epipens if needed! It is a good size too, mine fits my 3 epipens and my other medication in perfectly!
James (verified owner) –
What a lovely product we are able to put all our daughter’s medications in one place and wish I had brought this sooner.
Also the customer service is great. Thanks
H (verified owner) –
It’s so nice to have an insulated bag that keeps our medicines safe and altogether in one place! Also really appreciate the information cards and personalization details (ability to add child’s information and photo).
Laura (verified owner) –
Fantastic product, makes travelling and handing-over of our daughter’s medications so much easier (and safer knowing they are all contained in one place with full instructions on what to do if she has a reaction). Plenty of space for piriton, steroids, inhaler, spacer and 2 Epipens. The nursery staff love it, and we have already been asked by others how to get one! Great having the photo/name/allergy information clearly visible in the outside too.

This is a great bag, it fits everything we need. I love the fact it has instructions so if my daughter goes out with friend they can follow the instructions with ease. I would highly recommend allergy lifestyle as the product came very quick with good postal communication.
Azizé Merle (verified owner) –
It is just great, could be just a little bit bigger, we had to really squeeze all his medications inside.
Sharon (verified owner) –
Bought 2 bags (one to leave at school and one to take everywhere). Great quality and reassuring that all medicine is protested. My 7 year son particularly liked the colour and style and was very much less self conscious carrying this bag around school. Highly recommend this product.
Sara Cormack (verified owner) –
Great bag….and it’s big enough to fit everything in it for the kids who need epi pens, antihistamine, inhalers and spacer. Excellent customer service as well.
Catherine Shorney (verified owner) –
Perfect for my 10 year old – he can carry this to school and clubs in his rucksack without me worrying about it being ‘knocked’, as it is fairly robust.
I love the space inside and it not being bulky on the outside.

I have just purchased the AER kit for my son to have with him in school. It is a fantastic product and holds all he needs ( 2 epipen, 100ml bottle antihistamine, inhaler and spacer). I love the way you can put a picture of the child on the outside of the kit so it is easy to identify who owns it. The strap on the kit is great to be able to carry over your shoulder however I think a hand held handle would be nice to have on this kit also. I would definitely recommend this product. Also the customer service was 100%, they were very quick at responding and answering any questions very promptly. Well done allergy lifestyle, keep up the great work. I will definitely be buying again.

I am over the moon happy with this product, It is exactly what I expected and more. I was so happy to find out it shipped to Canada. I highly recommend this product to everyone. I definitely will be purchasing more in the future when my little boy reaches school age. I also received amazing customer service!
Olga –
Durable; fits pens, inhalers, spacer and antihistamine, with great instructions and much more portable than our previous set-up.
Sarah –
excellent – to have the instructions so visible etc.. is absolutely amazing.
would be great if it was available smaller as it takes up a lot of room in my sons bag, and only a small bottle of antihistamine and 2 pens in it.
Louisa –
This is fab. My 7 year old daughter is very happy with it. It would be great if you could bring out a slightly smaller version though – as quite large. Could you make a version that can carry 2 epipens and a bottle of antihistamine?
Cleo Griffin –
Great bag, fits all meds for my daughter. Would highly recommend it.
Tambert –
The case is definitely sturdy and I like that it comes with the allergic reaction information card but it differs from the action plan my sons doctor has given us. I’ve been told that we should call emergency services if either child has hives. I’m not sure if this is because they are really little (one is 3 years, the other is 8 months).
It fits everything (2 Jext pens, bottle of Cetirizine, steroid pessary, inhaler, mask and spacer) but only just. Maybe our spacer is a different make to other peoples.
I found the cards difficult to access and a little difficult to write on.
I really like the colour but to be honest would prefer something that is more readily recognisable as medical.
I am happy with my purchase, it’s just not completely perfect.
Claire Dowdall –
Brilliant, compact, sturdy carry case. Delighted with this product. Fits 2 epipens. bottle of antihistamine 2 inhalers and small pot of emollient.
Tamsin –
A joy to carry, not bulky. Fits 2 epipens, bottle of chlorphenamine, inhaler, spacer with mask, and small tube of emollient. Nothing else will fit in, but packs in nicely and is secure and sturdy.
Sandra Morris –
Super product – so happy to finally have one case to put all meds in – epipens, ziretek, inhalers and spacer fit perfectly. Great information and I feel more confident now leaving this pack wherever my son is and knowing everything is in the one place. Would highly recommend.
Michelle –

Received ours 2day. Absolutely love it, thank u.x
Tara –
Excellent case. The guide is very clear which is crucial in an emergency. The colour of the case makes it very easy to spot as well. Would highly recommend to anybody.
Charlotte –
Have used medpack in the past, good but no where near as good as this, love the fact it has instructions in! Being a mum to a daughter with serious allergies to an unknown trigger this definitely gives me peace of mind when she goes off!
john –
So much better than the Tupperware box’s we gave to the school before. My daughter loves it. Some extra copies of the name/photo card and the emergency card might be an idea for when details change. That’s said it us still great.
Chris –
I would have given this five stars if it wasn’t for the price. A lot of money but the bag is great. It keeps the medication dust proof which is a huge bonus for asthma sufferers, stand out with its colour so it unlikely to be left behind and the cars inside provide good instructions and a place to keep your asthma card. Very good product and better than anything else on the market. It holds one (new) spacer (taken apart) and two inhalers.
Lynsay –
Love this case for my sons medication he has multiple allergies and asthma so to find something that it all fits in is great. He can now safely and confidently carry everything knowing that he also had instructions inside
Nikki Shaw –
Perfect size to carry everything needed for travelling & love the colour too!
Deborah –
This is a fantastic product, all meds in one place and the instructions for people who are unfamiliar with the allergy, fantastic fir holidays, can not say enough good things about the product or website
Anne-Marie –
I recently bought the Anaphylaxis Emergency Response Kit and I really love it. My daughter was diagnosed with a peanut, nut and egg allergy at 13 months, and has since developed hay fever and asthma symptoms. She is currently age 3 and I have always worried that caregivers, even family members, are not very clear on what to do if my daughter reacts to something. The clear instructions and outline of differences between mild and severe allergic reactions are so helpful, and I feel much more confident that other people can help my daughter appropriately, if she does come into contact with an allergen.
Sue O’Brien –
Bought two cases a few weeks ago, one for school one for home. The pictures used to illustrate mild vs severe reactions are easy to understand for anyone. Very handy to have written and picture directions for pen usage too as easy to panic in emergency. I would say that although the case is plastic, it’s not hard plastic as say a suitcase would be,more like a structured handbag would be, but definitely would stand up to a good few knocks and keep your meds safe. Overall very happy with the buy and v prompt delivery, thank you!
Helen Kent –
I have mine it’s fab.. Unfortunately my son was admitted into hospital with an asthma attack and they were really impressed with his bag
.. Well worth the money.. It’s great!! Love the fact it is hard too x
Laura Hopwood –
Mine came in the post today, have put all the emergency supplies in it and it all fits!! My son loves it and he loves the instruction card, he feels more confident about carrying his kit now. He is Peanut allergic and has asthma. Thank you x
Kirsty –
Having ordered one of the bags it arrived this weekend. My 5 year old son was over the moon & I now feel happy that we have all his meds in one place for wherever we go, safely stored and with all the information you need on the inside.
It may seem like a small thing ‘just a bag’ but it’s more than that and has given us confidence to go anywhere knowing we are fully equipped.
Thank u X
A. Mum –
I recently purchased the new AER carry case and find it great. My son carries 2 epipens, his trainer pen and liquid antihistamine. I thought the case was a bit big initially and when he didn’t need an inhaler, would have liked it to be a bit smaller, so I was slow to switch over. He, however, loves it. He thinks it’s not as babyish as the ones I used previously. Now that I have gotten used to it, I love it too. It’s perfect for when he’s out and about and doing sport as it’s insulated and waterproof. The inbuilt instructions are great as I was regularly printing action plans and getting them laminated to hand out for various after school activities. Now it’s all in the one pack and the trainer pen fits in too.

This kit is a great buy – I was pretty disorganised with my son’s medication and Jext pen, I always had to change the bag it was in. Since we have bought the kit, it has been so much easier. Everything is always in its place, and we never have to worry where things are. We hang it up on a peg by the front door. My son likes to carry it too. Sturdy box, great space to add details and the strap is good
Jacqui –
I love this anaphylaxis kit bag, everything we need fits in it perfectly ( 2 epicene, Puritan, 2 inhalers and a spacer for inhaler use.
I really like the clear instructions for giving an epipen and the allergy reaction symptoms and actions. I like that there is an ID card on the outside with space for a photo and the persons name and allergies.
It definately makes me more confident to send my daughter to friends houses with the kit bag as all the information is there should it be needed.
The kit bag is a much needed solution to carrying all my daughters life saving medicines safely. It is organised and provides clear instructions on what to do in an emergency.
Thank you
Janet Murphy –
We bought the AER Kit specifically for a holiday to the US in January. The idea of having all my 16yr old daughters meds together in a sturdy purpose built carrier made a lot of sense. It was ideal going through airline security as everything was clearly visible .We visited Universal studios where the security has been increased after recent terrorist attacks, the Kit was perfect as could be easily checked .The colour of the Kit makes it easily identified when travelling with a lot of bags.Id recommend the Kit for parents of younger kids and its a perfect case to keep school meds in too…very clear instructions on dealing with anaphylaxis and usage of adrenaline pens…
Karen –
This is a fantastic little pack, the colour makes it easy to find. My son is happy to carry this around.
Janice Bolger –
I have used Allergy Lifestyle numerous times in the past. The customer service and product quality has always been excellent. I recently bought the Anaphylaxis Emergency Response Kit. I have to say this is the best I’ve come across for carrying my sons meds. I found the original card hard to write on and once I made this known to Allergy Lifestyle in their survey a new much easier to write on card arrived in the post. Can’t recommend them enough.
