When are orders dispatched?
We aim for same-day dispatch for orders received by 13:00. Orders received after 13:00 will be dispatched the following day (Monday to Friday)

Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty.
