How To Use Hypoallergenic Eye Shadow Palette:
Apply the Sparkle Shadows in this palette to eyelid or under the eyelid. Use a fluffy brush for a more buffed outlook and use a dense brush for a higher pigmented look. Avoid getting directly in the eye. To pick up more pigment, slightly wet a brush for more intense color.
