Medical ID Band – Blue

These medical ID wristbands are made of a hard-wearing but comfortable material so it can be worn at all times. The strip containing your medical information contained in a pocket on the inside of the strap. It’s waterproof so you don’t need to take it off for swimming or bathing. The strap has a Velcro closure so it’s easy to put on or remove for kids, teens and adults! It is discreet for people who don’t want others to know about their medical information.

The outside of the bracelet has a red medical symbol which marks it as a medical ID bracelet. Emergency medical personnel are trained to look for these IDs to help them with diagnosis and treatment.

Each medical ID wristband comes with two strips (one spare) which allow you to record:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Emergency Contact 1 & 2
• Allergies or Medications
• Other Info

Child: fits wrists 5 – 6 inches (13 – 15 cm)

Teen/Small Adult: fits wrists 6 – 7 inches (15 – 17.8cm)
