Medical Identity Bracelet – Silver Cross Write On

This medical identity bracelet helps keep you safe in case of emergency. It will make others aware of your medical condition/ allergy in the event of an emergency.

On one side of this medical identity bracelet, there is an orange cross design on a silver background. It also has the red medical symbol to show that it contains medical information. In the event of an emergency this medical information will help the paramedics and therefore they will be able to treat your quickly and effectively.

The other side reads” Alert! Medical Condition and has space for you to write you emergency medical information such as your name, your medical condition/allergies or an emergency contact number. It can be worn with either side facing outward.

These wristbands are designed to be worn every day. They are comfortable yet hard wearing and long lasting.

Size Guide: Please choose Mediband according to wrist size, below is a general guide

• Medium (Age 5 up to small adult) is 180mm or 7.1 Inches
• Large (Adult) 202 mm or 7.9 inches

Choose correct size to fit wrist from drop down menu.

Instructions:

Use a Permanent Marker to write emergency info on the white strip

Submerge in boiled water for 30 seconds to set the writing.

Please note further writing on the band after it has been set will not work.
