This emergency bracelet holds your medical information in case of emergency.

On one side, there is a grey cross design on a black background, there is also a red medical symbol to show that it holds important medical information. The other side reads “Medical Details” and has a space to write your emergency medical details such as your name, medical condition/allergies, or an emergency contact number. Either side can be wear to the outside.

In an emergency situation, medical personnel are trained to look for a medical ID. You can write on any information needed to ensure you get fast, accurate treatment.

Medibands are comfortable, hard wearing and long lasting.

Size Guide: Please choose Mediband according to wrist size, below is a general guide

• Medium (Age 5 up to small adult) is 180mm or 7.1 Inches
• Large (Adult) 202 mm or 7.9 inches

Choose correct size to fit wrist from drop down menu.

Instructions:

Use a Permanent Marker to write emergency info on the white strip

Submerge in boiled water for 30 seconds to set the writing.

Please note that further writing on the band after it has been set will not work.
