Allergy Lifestyle Ltd endeavours to deliver quality training courses to the standards laid down by the accrediting statutory authority, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC).

Allergy Lifestyle Ltd delivers student centric courses with the aim to minimise any medical impact on persons with serious and life-threatening allergies throughout Ireland.

We are dedicated to providing a high quality training service.

 

Complaints Policy

Allergy Lifestyle Ltd welcomes any comments or complaints as a method of continuously learning and improving our courses.

Our Complaints policy lays out the procedure for making a complaint in a fair, open and easy manner.

The Quality Assurance (QA) manager is responsible for processing complaints.

All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and timely manner and no later than the timeframes set out in our complaints policy.

The Allergy Lifestyle Director will communicate any findings fully to the relevant parties and ensure any identified actions are enacted.
