When you Buy Products with Allergy Lifestyle:

If you shop with us, in order to fulfil your order, we will collect your name, address, delivery address(es), telephone number and email address. We will maintain a record of the product selections associated with your account, so we can track deliveries, deal with queries and provide customer service on purchases. We will hold password information, so you can access your account.

If you wish to receive our email newsletters we will hold your name and email address. You can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe’ link on the bottom of these emails or by emailing customercare@allergylifestyle.com with unsubscribe in the subject field.

Allergy Lifestyle may also use data collected to generate internal reports and to measure and understand our customer demographics and purchasing trends.  All of the information we hold is used to improve our service and offerings. We may collect Personal Information, such as your name, address, phone number, and email, when you enter a competition sponsored by Allergy Lifestyle or communicate with our customer support staff via email, telephone or in person.  If necessary, we may capture information relating to the query/support issue or access your purchase history to provide the necessary customer care.

It is important to us that you feel confident using your credit card or debit card on our site. All transactions are handled either via the secure payment gateway Stripe or via PayPal. We do not view, or store your card details, all card details are captured by Stripe or PayPal, held in secure mode, encrypted at the point of authorisation and protected behind a firewall.
