This Medical ID Bracelet looks good enough to wear every day and can help save your life.

On one side it has a blue, pretty floral design so it looks nice enough to wear every day. It also has a medical symbol to mark it has holding important medical information. The other side has a space to write your medical information or allergies. It also reads “ALERT! Medical Condition”. You can wear it with either side facing out.

The blank space on the inside holds your emergency medical information such as your name, allergies/medical condition, or your emergency contact information.

Medical personnel are trained to look for a medical ID bracelet in case of an emergency. This helps them identify what is wrong and give the appropriate treatment quickly in order to save lives.

• Large (Adult) 202 mm or 7.9 inches

Instructions:

Use a Permanent Marker to write emergency info on the white strip

Submerge in boiled water for 30 seconds to set the writing.

Please note that further writing on the band after it has been set will not work.
