Identification Bracelets – Write On Deco

These identification bracelets make others aware of your medical condition in the event of an emergency. These bracelets will help save lives.

On one side of this identification bracelet, there is a cool, black, deco design on a grey background. There is also a red medical symbol to show that the bracelet holds important medical information. With the medical information on the wristband the paramedics will be able to treat you promptly and effectively.

The other side reads” Alert! Medical condition” and has a white space for you to write your emergency medical information such as your name, your medical condition/allergies or an emergency contact number.

They are comfortable, hard wearing and long lasting. The wristbands is also a great alternative to traditional metal medical jewellery.

Instructions:

Use a Permanent Marker to write emergency info on the white strip.

Submerge in boiled water for 30 seconds to set the writing.

Please note further writing on the band after it has been set won’t work.
